Return Eligibility Guidelines

To ensure a seamless return experience, please make sure your return meets the following simple standards:

  • 60-Day Return Window: You have a full 60 days from the date of package delivery to request a return.

  • Item Condition: Returned pieces must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original state with all product tags and original packaging intact.

  • Zero Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking or administrative fees on returned items.

How to Initiate Your Return

Starting a return is fast and simple:

  2. Include your original order number and specify which items you wish to return.

  3. Our team will send you return instructions and the correct return destination details.

Shipping Details & Item Exchanges

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Because returned packages remain your responsibility until received at our sorting facility, we strongly suggest sending your package using a trackable shipping service.

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size or shade, mention your request in your initial return email so our team can reserve the replacement item for you.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned package reaches our facility, our quality team inspects the items. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days following inspection approval.

Funds will automatically return to your original payment method. Please note that individual financial institutions or credit card providers may require a few additional business days to credit your account balance.
